Made to Order

 

The made to order option is available for selected out-of-stock items that will be produced in your chosen size specifically for you.

Please ensure that you have thoroughly read and understood the Terms and Conditions written here before submitting your orders.

The following conditions apply for made to order items:

Availability

Only selected products are available to be made to order. If a specific product or size does not show a made to order option on our website, it means that it is not currently available for that item.

Delivery

Kindly allow 5 to 10 business days for the production of clothing items, and 7 to 8 weeks for the manufacturing of shoe and bag styles.

Please note that this does not include the delivery time. The order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3–4 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.

Please note that delays in order delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances during the manufacturing process, as well as holidays or peak periods. However, we make every effort to estimate delivery timeframes as accurately as possible.

We use UPS Express as our delivery service providers, depending on your location. The shipping costs are fixed per order (40EUR). Your order should arrive within 2-4 working days depending on your destination. Please be aware that customs and duty fees may apply and are not included in our prices, we would advise you to check with your local customs office in regards.  

You will receive an email notification whenever your order status changes, and a tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

Payment

Payments are collected and processed upon placement of your order. Currently, we accept payments only through PayPal. If you have any payment-related questions, please contact us at info@fidannovruzova.com.

Cancellations

Please be advised that all made to order pieces are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and no changes to sizes or colors can be made. We kindly ask that you carefully review our Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order. By proceeding, you confirm your acceptance of these made to order Terms and Conditions, as well as our general Terms, Conditions, and Shipping Policies.

Return, Refund & Exchange

As made to order items are custom-made specifically for you, all sales are considered final. Consequently, they cannot be canceled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
